1. Agreement to Terms

3. Service Description

Complete Mortgage Sites provides website development, hosting, and related services for mortgage professionals. We build custom mortgage websites that become fully owned by the client after a 12-month build period. Our services include website design, development, content management, and optional premium hosting services.

4. Payment Terms

By purchasing our services, you agree to pay the fees specified at the time of purchase. Payment terms are as follows:

• Build Period: $250 per month for 12 months
• Premium Hosting (Optional): $150 per month after the build period
• All fees are due in advance on a monthly basis
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• No refunds are provided for services already rendered

5. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Upon completion of the 12-month build period and full payment of all fees, you will own:

• All website code and design files
• All content created for your website
• The right to host your website anywhere you choose
• The right to modify, update, and maintain your website independently

During the build period, Complete Mortgage Sites retains ownership of the website until all fees are paid in full. You may not transfer, sell, or otherwise dispose of the website during the build period without our written consent.

6. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to:

• Disclose your password to any third party
• Use the account of another user
• Allow any third party to use your account
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the company, a company employee, another user, or any other person or entity
• In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service

8. Disclaimer
